- Coordinate the formulation of gender mainstreaming and inclusivity policies
- Implementation of wellness policies, strategies and programmes in consultation with Heads of Departments
- Provide technical expertise and advice on capacity building, knowledge building and management of gender mainstreaming, inclusivity and wellness issues
- Lead in the review of workplace policies and procedures ensuring that these are all inclusive
- Develop and maintain strategic partnership with stakeholders to entrench gender mainstreaming, inclusivity and wellness issues
- Coordinate the implementation of policies and programmes on the welfare of persons with disabilities
- Design and implement all-inclusive programmes which intend to improve the physical wellness and mental health of employees
- Ensure that all activities, plans and programmes are inclusive and gender mainstreamed at all times
- Monitor and evaluate the effective implementation of gender policies in all programmes and projects
