  2. Create records inventory for the Ministry
  3. Create, file, track and retrieve records
  4. Manage storage and disposal of records
  5. Transfer inactive records to National Archives
  6. Receive incoming mail and dispatch outgoing mail
  7. Ensures a clean and orderly office environment
  8. Provide supporting services at meetings when called to do so
  9. Provide handling services
  10. Manage the reception and switchboard
